AniClub: Local Lead Routing System

Context

For local businesses, fragmented search visibility and disconnected communications lead to lost customer opportunities. Transitioning from AniPets Sihanoukville to the newly branded AniClub, the client required a solution to convert static search discovery into active, direct customer enquiries.

Challenge

The challenge was not building a corporate website. The challenge was making it easier for pet owners in Sihanoukville to discover the business, access details, and contact the owner without unnecessary steps or platform locking.

Freakyyy’s Role

Freakyyy designed and implemented a customer lead routing engine and mobile-first website to bridge the gap between local traffic and the business owner.

Work delivered

  • Transition from AniPets to AniClub: managed digital asset rebranding and logo alignment under the new AniClub identity.
  • Mobile-First Website: built a fast, lightweight website optimized for smartphone searchers and browsers.
  • PWA-Ready Experience: structured the site infrastructure to support an installable app-like experience on home screens.
  • Local SEO Foundations: verified and optimized local business listings to ensure high-intent searchers find correct details.
  • Customer Enquiry Flow & Capture: constructed direct enquiry pathways on the mobile layout.
  • Telegram Routing: automated website enquiry captures to route notifications directly to the owner’s Telegram inbox.
  • Practical Customer Journey: streamlined the digital-to-offline connection for local pet owners.
